We honor our production time, but we have no control over USPS' shipping speed. For international orders, delivery time depends on how quickly customs of the destination country processes packages, and neither the US postal service nor we have control over this.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may be levied by their respective country. We cannot predict if and how much fees may be assessed. United Kingdom customs is particularly strict about charging customs fees (see their website for more information).

We are happy to cancel orders if we receive your request before the package leaves our studio. However, if your item is personalized, a 30% restocking fee will apply once it is made.

However, USPS may make exceptions to this rule depending on weather conditions and time of the year. Our ability to issue a refund is bound by their rules, and we cannot be responsible for any other loss caused by the delay.
