We honor our production time, but we have no control over the US Postal Service's shipping speed. For international orders, delivery time depends on how quickly customs of the destination country processes packages, and neither the US Postal Service nor we have control over this. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may be levied by their respective country. We cannot predict if and how much fees may be assessed.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns! We will cover the return shipping postage from a US address for orders placed through this website. In order to qualify for free returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a pre-paid return label within 14 days of delivery (as determined by the tracking information). No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Please mail the item back to us within 21 days. See below for restrictions.
- Non-personalized items: no restocking fees.
- Personalized items: we accept returns of personalized items with a 20% restocking fee (unless there was an error on our part) for domestic orders. NO returns are accepted for international personalized orders. We accept international returns for non-personalized items, but the return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility.
- Earrings: non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- Items returned without prior authorization are not accepted.
- For exchanges, we will cover the return shipping cost, but the re-shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility, unless an exchange was needed due to an error on our part.
- One free return per order.
Please package returns securely and ship with a trackable method. We highly recommend insurance as we are not responsible for damaged/lost packages. Items must be in the original condition, or the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
After we receive the item, a refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee (if applicable) will be made to the original form of payment. The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless there was an error on our part. If you are not the original purchaser of the item (e.g., gift recipient), you can either exchange the item or receive store credit.
We reserve the right to refuse future sales if the free return policy is abused.
WE ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel orders if we receive your request before the package leaves our studio. However, if your item is personalized, a 20% restocking fee will apply once it is made.
